This great deal includes:
Fresh Boneless Turkey Crown — 2–2.5kg 🎄 A festive favourite with easy-to-carve turkey breast meat and no bones to work around. Perfect alongside roast potatoes, stuffing, pigs in blankets AND plenty of gravy! You’ll receive one joint weighing 2–2.5kg, supplied as either 1 full lobe OR a rolled double breast. Shape and appearance may vary. Serves approximately 8–10 people, allowing around 250g of raw boneless turkey per person. Portions will depend on appetites and accompaniments. To cook your unstuffed turkey joint: 1. Preheat your oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / Gas 5. 2. Remove all plastic packaging and follow any instructions supplied for the netting. 3. Place in a roasting tin, brush with butter or oil, season and cover loosely with foil. 4. Allow approximately 40 minutes per kg, plus 20 minutes: * 2kg: around 1 hour 40 minutes. * 2.5kg: around 2 hours. 5. Remove the foil for the final 20–30 minutes to colour the outside. 6. Check the centre of the thickest part with a clean meat thermometer. It must reach 75°C for at least 30 seconds. Continue cooking if needed. 7. Rest loosely covered with foil for 20–30 minutes, then remove any netting and carve. Cooking times are a guide and vary with the joint’s shape and your oven. Follow any pack instructions supplied and always check the core temperature before serving.
Beef Roasting Joint — 1kg+ 🎄 A fresh beef roasting joint for a smaller Christmas dinner or family roast. Supplied plain, ready for you to season and cook your way. You’ll receive ONE piece of beef weighing at least 1kg. Please note: this is a SMALL joint. If you’re feeding more people or want plenty of leftovers, press “Choose Add-On” to add extra beef, or buy a bigger pack. The shape and amount of fat covering will naturally vary between joints.
Gammon Joint — 1.8–2kg 🎄 A festive favourite for Christmas dinner, Boxing Day buffets AND those all-important sandwiches! You’ll receive ONE gammon joint weighing 1.8–2kg, supplied raw, ready for you to cook and finish with your favourite glaze. Once cooked, enjoy hot alongside your roast dinner, or chilled and sliced for sandwiches and festive platters. Shape and the amount of rind and fat covering will naturally vary between joints.
